Hi bizwin,

Good advice on home improvement, especially your suggestions about how to go about hiring a contractor to do your job. I notice you pointed out that the homeowner should not pay in full until the job is complete. This is important. The good contractors do not demand full payment in advance, but instead operate on some kind of installment schedule. Also, enjoyed the video about putting in a door handle.
